Thanks for choosing O&O. Every apartment we have is chosen and outfitted with care, so you feel at home the moment you walk in. Check-in is self-service, there’s no front desk waiting in a lobby, but don’t worry, we’re with you every step of the way.

Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive.

How does payment work?

Payment is by credit card and is charged immediately once your booking is confirmed. Prefer to pay by bank transfer or cash? Get in touch with us before booking at +18583301689 or info@o8ogroup.com and we’ll work it out together. Please note, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation.

What if I need to cancel?

Online check-in form

A few days before you arrive, we’ll send you a WhatsApp message with an online check-in form. That’s where you’ll securely upload a photo ID and your credit card details, so everything’s ready for you ahead of time.

Why do we ask for ID and card details?

Since check-in is self-service, we need to confirm that the name on the booking matches who’s actually showing up, and that the payment is yours and not from a stolen card. System acting up? Just email the documents straight to info@o8ogroup.com and we’ll handle it quickly.

How do I get my entry instructions?

On the day you arrive, we’ll send your entry instructions by WhatsApp, text, or email, whatever’s easiest for you. They’ll walk you through getting in, whether it’s a key safe or a door code, plus a few useful tips on the TV, the water heater, and anything else that makes the place feel like yours. Time to head home, what happens at checkout?

Take one last look around to make sure you haven’t left anything behind, and switch off the lights and AC. Lock up and return the key to the safe, just like when you arrived. If there’s a smart lock with a code, the door locks itself behind you.

צ’ק-אין: החל מהשעה 15:00.

צ’ק-אאוט: עד השעה 11:00.

עמלות נוספות: כל עמלות השירות כלולות במחיר.

פיקדון ביטחון: לפני הצ’ק-אין נדרש פיקדון לכיסוי נזקים. הסכום משתנה בהתאם לדירה ומפורט בעמוד ההזמנה.

לפני עזיבתכם, אנא השאירו את הדירה מסודרת והוציאו את האשפה. אם הדירה תישאר מלוכלכת באופן חריג, תחול עמלת ניקיון נוספת, כפי שמפורט בעמוד ההזמנה.

הדירה ממוקמת באזור מגורים, ואנו מבקשים מכם להתחשב בשכנינו. אנא הקפידו לשמור על רעש מינימלי בכל רחבי הדירה בין השעות 22:00 ל-08:00.

עישון מותר רק מחוץ לדירה או במרפסת. חל איסור מוחלט לעשן בתוך הדירה או בכל אחד מהאזורים המשותפים בבניין. עישון בתוך הדירה יחויב בתשלום, כפי שמפורט בעמוד ההזמנה.

יש כלל אחד שאיננו מוכנים להתפשר עליו. מסיבות, התכנסויות, מוזיקה רועשת, חומרים בלתי חוקיים או כל פעילות בלתי חוקית, לרבות הפעלת חדרי פוקר, אסורים בהחלט בדירה ובבניין. הפרת כלל זה אינה מטופלת כקנס; היא מהווה עילה לפינוי מיידי מהדירה, ללא החזר כספי, כאשר האחריות המלאה מוטלת על האורח.

יש להשליך את האשפה אך ורק לפחים המיועדים לכך, כדי לסייע לנו לשמור על הבניין נקי ונעים עבור כל המתגוררים בו.

שימו לב: גיל המינימום לביצוע הזמנה הוא 25.
